Lakecrest is made up of three sub-communities of 800+ residences (and counting) that all share amenities: Lakecrest Park, Lakecrest Forest, and Lakecrest Village - with some new construction homes still available from Anglia Builders. The average home in Lakecrest is three to four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and has median square footage of approximately 2,200 square feet. Homes in the Lakecrest subdivision typically list for between the high 200s to the low 400s.
The community features two lakes, walking trails, an aquatic and recreation center, playgrounds, and parks. The neighborhood is close to Katy Park, minutes from both I-10 and Grand Parkway and close to many dining, shopping, and entertainment establishments. Some portions of Lakecrest also include front lawn maintenance among their HOA benefits.
