Katy Crossing is a new development in Katy, that started to build out in 2018, situated off Katy Hockley Road near where Beckendorff Road intersects with it in the 77493 zip code. This Centex subdivision has homes typically list for anywhere from the high 200s to the mid 300s. Floor plans range from two to six bedrooms, with two to four bathrooms, and floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 2,700 square feet.
The community features some of the lowest base pricing for new construction in Katy and has easy access to TX 99. The neighborhood plans to build a playground and splash pad as well as walking trails to account for its amenities.
